STEP 1
SITE SURVEY
Site inspection done in order to note down all the details as per existing conditions - Overall measurements, Directions, Location.
STEP 2
SPACE PLANNING
Analysis of the site in depth in order to make the best possible use of the space available .
STEP 3
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
First cut concept of the space is presented in 2d drawings format reflecting the ideas and a visual picture of the site.
STEP 4
BOQ (Bills of quantity) / ESTIMATE
Preparation of BOQ based on the design finalized in order to get the estimate leading us to a clear idea on the financial page.
STEP 5
MEP DRAWINGS (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing)
Detailed service drawings are prepared for better co-ordination and installation of services on site.
STEP 6
3D VIEW
Rendered 3D views are created based on the design proposed for a realistic view of the entire project.
STEP 7
GFC DRAWINGS (Good For Construction)
Post finalizing the design GFC drawings for every project execution is submitted to the construction team on site.
STEP 8
SITE HANDOVER
After completing the site, a thorough checking is done based on final snag list and then the site is handed over to the client.
